Founded in 1936, Frôté & Partner has grown thanks to its broad expertise, multilingualism and network, opening new offices in addition to its Biel office, in Neuchâtel in 2000 and Solothurn in 2009. Today, it is made up of a team of around thirty people.

Après avoir obtenu le brevet d’avocat bernois en novembre 1979, Me François Frôté a rejoint l’Étude Frôté & Partner SA. Après avoir exercé le barreau pendant plusieurs années, Me François Frôté a peu à peu développé une activité de conseils et a assumé différents mandats d’administrateur.

Né en 1972, Me Markus Jordi nous a rejoint en 2007 après plusieurs années d’activités passées au sein d’une Étude d’avocats active sur le plan national et international disposant de bureaux à Zurich et Berne. Il avait œuvré auparavant, soit dès 1998, dans le conseil aux entreprises au travers d’une fiduciaire, de taille moyenne, dont il était l’un des cofondateurs.

Frôté Gilles

Né en 1980, Me Gilles Frôté a rejoint l’Étude Frôté & Partner SA fin 2008 après plusieurs années d’activité au CREDIT SUISSE, à Soleure et à Zurich. Dans ce cadre, il a conduit bon nombre de transactions dans le domaine des fusions et acquisitions, ainsi que dans celui des financements de sociétés, ceci au niveau suisse et international.
Dans le cadre de ses fonctions d’administrateur de sociétés ainsi qu’en tant que conseiller, il suit bon nombre de projets internationaux, notamment aux USA et en Asie, qu’il s’agisse de mise en place de structures ou de transactions.

Né en 1960, Me Max-Olivier Nicolet est détenteur du brevet d’avocat bernois depuis 1986 et du brevet de notaire bernois depuis 1989. Après avoir tenu sa propre Étude à La Neuveville pendant une dizaine d’années, il a rejoint l’Étude Frôté & Partner SA en 1998, à la suite de la modification de la législation sur le notariat abolissant les frontières des districts. Actuellement, Me Nicolet assume essentiellement la fonction de notaire.

Bättig Andreas

Andreas Bättig, né en 1978, a rejoint l’Etude Frôté & Partner SA au milieu de l’année 2018 après une longue activité au sein d’une étude d’avocat active dans le domaine du droit commercial à Berne. L’accent principal de son activité est mis sur le droit commercial et des sociétés ainsi que le droit des contrats en général. Andreas Bättig dispose d’une grande expérience dans le conseil qui s’adresse aux entreprises nationales et internationales ainsi qu’aux particuliers, comme dans la représentation de ses clients devant les Tribunaux, dans des procédures arbitrales ou vis-à-vis d’autorités.

Helbling Antoine
Lic. sc. Ec et expert fiscal dipl.
M. Helbling collabore avec notre cabinet depuis mars 2010. Il a auparavant travaillé à l’Administration Fiscale Neuchâteloise où il a acquis une large expérience pratique dans diverses fiscalités. Il possède également une vaste expérience en matière de tutelle. Ses connaissances fiscales, économiques et comptables lui permettent de fournir des services aux entreprises et aux particuliers en matière de restructuration, d’acquisition et de vente d’entreprises, de planification fiscale dans le domaine de l’immobilier, des successions et donations et de la prévoyance professionnelle.

Né en 1986, Michael Imhof a rejoint Frôté & Partner SA en 2014. Titulaire d’un Master en droit des affaires de la Faculté de droit de l’Université de Neuchâtel, il possède de vastes connaissances en droit commercial. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme en droit, il a travaillé pendant 2 ans auprès des principales autorités judiciaires du canton de Berne avant d’exercer comme avocat au sein de notre étude d’avocats. Son principal domaine de pratique est le litige général avec une spécialisation en droit des sociétés. Michael Imhof est également membre suppléant de l’Autorité de surveillance des avocats du canton de Berne et expert auprès de la HEG-ARC. Il exerce principalement devant les tribunaux des cantons de Berne, Vaud, Neuchâtel et Jura.

Né en 1964, Me Vincent Codoni est détenteur du brevet d’avocat neuchâtelois depuis 1992 et du brevet de notaire neuchâtelois depuis 1994. Après avoir été associé à Me Jean-Patrice Hofner, depuis la retraite de ce dernier, il détient désormais seul sa propre Etude dont le siège principal est à Couvet dans le Val-de-Travers, lieu de son sceau notarial. Sur demande, il consulte également dans les bureaux de Neuchâtel de l’Etude Frôté & Partner SA. Actuellement, Me Codoni assume essentiellement la fonction de notaire.

Helbling Antoine
Lic. sc. Ec and qualified tax expert.
Mr Helbling has been working with our firm since March 2010. He previously worked for the Administration Fiscale Neuchâteloise, where he gained extensive practical experience in a variety of tax matters. He also has extensive experience in guardianship matters. His knowledge of tax, economics and accounting enables him to provide services to companies and individuals in the areas of business restructuring, acquisitions and sales, tax planning in the field of real estate, inheritance and gifts, and occupational pensions.

Born in 1986, Michael Imhof joined Frôté & Partner SA in 2014. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Neuchâtel, and has extensive knowledge of commercial law. After graduating in law, he worked for 2 years with the main judicial authorities in the canton of Berne, before joining our law firm as a lawyer. His main area of practice is general litigation, with a specialization in corporate law. Michael Imhof is also a deputy member of the Canton of Berne Lawyers’ Supervisory Authority and an expert at the HEG-ARC. He practices mainly before the courts of the cantons of Bern, Vaud, Neuchâtel and Jura.
